  • From May 1 to September 30: Local tax 0.75 € per person over 13 years old.
  • The rooms are available from 17h the day of your arrival and must be freed by 11h on the day of  your departure.
  • the booking must be make at least 24 hours in advance.

  • The house and rooms are non smoking.
  • The presence of pet at home is  unfortunately  not accepted.
  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at booking.
  • The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
  • Cancellation:
    - No charge if cancellation occurs more than 15 days before date of arrival.
    - Deposit non refundable if you cancel 15 days or less prior to arrival.
